The material hoisting and conveying device comprises a material frame, the size of an opening in the upper end of the material frame is larger than that of an opening in the lower end of the material frame, opening and closing plates are rotationally connected to the front end and the rear end of the opening in the lower end of the material frame correspondingly, and hoisting pieces are arranged on the left side and the right side of the material frame correspondingly; the lower end of the left side hoisting piece is fixedly connected with the left rear end of the front side opening and closing plate and the left front end of the rear side opening and closing plate, and the lower end of the right side hoisting piece is fixedly connected with the right rear end of the front side opening and closing plate and the right front end of the rear side opening and closing plate. After the material frame is hoisted, the front and rear opening and closing plates rotate downwards under the gravity action of materials in the material frame and are used for opening the lower end opening of the material frame. When the materials are hoisted and conveyed, the materials do not need to be hoisted and bagged, manpower is not wasted, potential safety hazards of man-machine cross operation do not exist, and after the material frame filled with the materials is hoisted and conveyed to a designated position, the materials can be automatically unloaded without the help of external force.

    本发明公开了一种物料吊装输送装置以及物料吊装输送方法,包括料框,料框上端开口尺寸大于下端开口尺寸,料框下端开口的前后两端处分别转动连接有开合板,料框左右两侧分别设有吊装件,左侧吊装件下端分别与前侧开合板左后端以及后侧开合板左前端固定连接,右侧吊装件下端分别与前侧开合板右后端以及后侧开合板右前端固定连接,通过两个吊装件吊装料框时前后两个开合板向上转动并用于关闭料框下端开口,吊装料框后前后两个开合板在料框内物料重力作用下向下转动并用于打开料框下端开口。在对物料吊装输送时不需要将物料吊装装袋,不浪费人工,不存在人机交叉作业的安全隐患,在将装满物料的料框吊运至指定位置后,不借助外力就能对物料自动卸料。
