The invention provides load simulation test equipment for an aircraft suspension device, in the equipment, a suspension unit comprises a slide rail fixed to a rack and a pair of suspension blocks connected with the aircraft suspension device, and the suspension blocks are slidably arranged on the slide rail; the gravity center simulation frame comprises a frame and two pairs of hanging rings connected with the hanging device hooks respectively, the frame is provided with gravity center holes corresponding to the hanging rings, and bolts penetrate through the gravity center holes and bolt holes in the connecting seats; the driving piece is fixed to the rack; the tension sensor is mounted on the driving part and connected with the connecting seat, so that the driving part drives the connecting seat to move so as to pull the gravity center simulation frame, and further load is applied to or released from the aircraft suspension device. According to the invention, a pair of slidable hanging blocks is adopted, so that the aircraft suspension device can slide left and right after being clamped during a test to adjust the hanging points of the two groups of hooks and the gravity center positions of hung goods, the suspension device can be quickly clamped, and a load simulation test of different gravity center positions of the two groups of hanging points can be realized through simple operation.
本发明提供了一种用于飞机悬挂装置的负载模拟试验设备,在该设备中,悬挂单元包括固定至台架的滑轨和连接飞机悬挂装置的一对挂块,挂块可滑动地设置在滑轨上;重心模拟架包括框架和分别与悬挂装置挂钩相连的两对挂环,框架设有与挂环对应的重心孔,插销穿过重心孔和连接座上的插销孔;驱动件固定至台架;拉力传感器安装在驱动件上并与连接座连接,使得:驱动件带动连接座移动而拉动重心模拟架,进而对飞机悬挂装置施加或释放载荷。本发明采用一对可滑动的挂块,使得在试验时飞机悬挂装置在被装夹后可左右滑动来调整两组挂钩的挂点及挂载货物的重心位置,也可实现悬挂装置的快速装夹,能以简单的操作实现两组挂点不同重心位置的负载模拟试验。
