The invention discloses a method for delivering materials in an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) cabin of a dual-fuel container ship from a cabin, which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, classifying the materials in the LNG cabin, the materials in the LNG cabin comprising a first delivery material and a second delivery material; s2, a broadside process hole is formed, an out-of-cabin platform is erected at the broadside process hole, and the first out-of-cabin material is dismantled in the LNG cabin and transported out of the LNG cabin from the out-of-cabin platform; s3, after the first out-of-cabin material is out of the cabin from the broadside process hole, the broadside process hole is sealed, and enclosure system operation is conducted at the broadside process hole; s4, a protection structure is arranged in a K hole in the liquid dome cover, and an out-of-cabin device is installed on the top of the TCS room; and S5, the second out-of-cabin material is hoisted out of the LNG cabin from the K hole through the out-of-cabin device and is transported out of the TCS room from the out-of-cabin path of the TCS room. According to the method, through the combination of the broadside process hole and K hole material delivery, on the premise that construction of an enclosure system is not interfered, the delivery efficiency of the materials in the LNG cabin is improved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种双燃料集装箱船LNG舱内材料出舱的方法,该方法具体包括如下步骤:S1,将LNG舱内材料进行分类,LNG舱内材料包括第一出舱材料和第二出舱材料;S2,开设舷侧工艺孔,在舷侧工艺孔处搭设出舱平台,将第一出舱材料在LNG舱内拆除,并从出舱平台运出LNG舱;S3,第一出舱材料从舷侧工艺孔出舱完成后,将舷侧工艺孔封孔,在舷侧工艺孔处进行围护系统作业;S4,在液穹盖上的K孔设置保护结构,并在TCS房间顶部安装出舱装置;S5,第二出舱材料通过出舱装置从K孔吊运出LNG舱,并从TCS房间的出舱路径运出TCS房间。本发明通过舷侧工艺孔以及K孔材料出舱相结合的方法,在不干扰围护系统施工的前提下,提高了LNG舱内材料出舱的效率,降低了施工周期。
