The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent marine organism prevention system for a semi-submersible platform or a bottom-supported platform, which comprises a marine organism prevention device sea water pump, a pressure sensor for measuring a discharge pressure signal is arranged on the outlet side of the sea water pump, and an electrolysis unit control box converts the real-time discharge pressure signal into a total flow value based on a flow characteristic curve of the sea water pump; selecting a corresponding available chlorine demand value by combining with a corresponding sectional flow range, generating an electrolyte within an allowable concentration range through an electrolysis unit, and sending the electrolyte to the seawater valve box through a first branch remote control valve on the seawater valve box; each ballast water tank is provided with a ballast injection and discharge pipe remote control valve, when any ballast injection and discharge pipe remote control valve is opened, the electrolysis unit control box carries out comparative calculation according to the theoretical flow value corresponding to the fully-opened ballast injection and discharge pipe remote control valve and the segmented flow meter, and the corresponding available chlorine demand value is determined; and an electrolyte within an allowable concentration range is generated by the electrolysis unit and is sent to the water ballast tank.

    本发明实施例提供了一种用于半潜平台或坐底平台的智能防海生物系统,包括防海生物装置海水泵,其出口侧设有测量排出压力信号的压力传感器,电解单元控制箱基于海水泵的流量特性曲线把实时的排出压力信号换算成总流量值,结合相应的分段流量范围,选择对应的有效氯需求量值,通过电解单元产生允许浓度范围内的电解液,并通过海水阀箱上的第一分支遥控阀门将电解液送至海水阀箱;每个压载水舱上均配设有压载注排管遥控阀门,在任一压载注排管遥控阀门打开时,电解单元控制箱依据全开的压载注排管遥控阀门对应的理论流量值与分段流量表进行比较计算,确定对应的有效氯需求量值,通过电解单元产生允许浓度范围内的电解液并送至压载水舱。
