The invention discloses a V-frame type large container ship lashing bridge which comprises a lashing bridge front panel and a lashing bridge rear panel which are connected through a plurality of horizontal platforms, each of the lashing bridge front panel and the lashing bridge rear panel is formed by mutually connecting a plurality of reinforcing panels, a stand column is arranged on each reinforcing panel or between every two adjacent reinforcing panels, and the stand columns are connected with the lashing bridge front panel and the lashing bridge rear panel. The reinforcing panel is connected with a part of the horizontal platform above, and a part of the stand columns extend downwards to be connected with a part of the horizontal platform below; an inclined square tube is respectively arranged below the reinforcing panel of the rear panel of the binding bridge, namely on two sides of a vertical column extending downwards, and the two inclined square tubes form a V-shaped structure. According to the invention, the binding operation space is increased, and the weight of the whole structure is reduced; the stress concentration condition is reduced, and the rigidity of the lashing bridge is greatly improved; the structure form of the panel is unified, the number of spare parts is reduced, and the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, so that the purposes of improving the use convenience, improving the binding effect, saving the construction cost and simplifying the manufacturing process are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种V架形式的大型集装箱船绑扎桥,其包括通过多块水平平台连接的绑扎桥前面板、绑扎桥后面板,所述绑扎桥前面板、绑扎桥后面板均由多块加强面板相互连接构成,每块加强面板上或相邻加强面板之间设有立柱,加强面板与上方的部分水平平台连接,部分立柱向下延伸与下方的部分水平平台连接;所述绑扎桥后面板的加强面板下方、即向下延伸的立柱的两侧分别设有一斜方管,两根斜方管形成V型结构。本发明增大了绑扎操作空间,减少了整体结构的重量;降低了应力集中情况,绑扎桥刚度得到较大程度的改善;统一了面板结构形式,降低了散件数量,降低了制造难度,从而达到了提高使用便利性、提升绑扎效果、节约建造成本和简化制造工艺的目的。
