A guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the sleeve, a guide block is arranged on the inner wall of the lower limiting ring, and the guide block is slidably connected into the guide groove. A one-way feeding mechanism is arranged between the sleeve and the lower limiting ring; a triggering barrel is arranged at the bottom of the lower limiting ring, and an oil inlet pipe is slidably arranged at the bottom of the triggering barrel and penetrates through the outer wall of the sleeve; a switch structure is arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve and is opposite to the oil inlet pipe left and right; a trigger block is arranged at the bottom of the rod body.
