The invention discloses a novel stamping and welding front auxiliary frame which comprises an auxiliary frame body, auxiliary frame longitudinal beams symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the auxiliary frame body, and front control arms and rear control arms arranged outside the auxiliary frame longitudinal beams. The inner side of the auxiliary frame longitudinal beam is fixedly connected with a front arm reinforcing plate and a rear arm reinforcing plate, and the front arm reinforcing plate and the rear arm reinforcing plate are located on the inner side of the front control arm and the inner side of the rear control arm respectively; the front control arm and the rear control arm are located on the outer side of the middle of the auxiliary frame longitudinal beam and the outer side of the rear end of the auxiliary frame longitudinal beam respectively, and the front control arm is of an n-shaped structure. A lap joint groove is formed in the outer side of the middle of the auxiliary frame longitudinal beam. According to the novel front auxiliary frame for stamping and welding, the connection stability is conveniently improved in a lap joint mode, deformation of parts is effectively prevented, welding is conveniently completed in a matched mode, good manufacturability is achieved, the connection reliability is conveniently improved, the manufacturing precision of the parts is improved, and the connection strength and rigidity are conveniently improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型冲压焊接前副车架,包括:副车架本体、副车架本体左右两端对称设置的副车架纵梁及副车架纵梁外设置的前控制臂和后控制臂;还包括:所述副车架纵梁的内侧固定连接有前臂加强板和后臂加强板,且前臂加强板和后臂加强板分别位于前控制臂的内侧和后控制臂的内侧;所述前控制臂和后控制臂分别位于副车架纵梁的中部外侧和后端外侧,且前控制臂呈“几”字型结构;所述副车架纵梁的中部外侧设置有搭接凹槽。该新型冲压焊接前副车架,便于经搭接形式提高连接稳定性,有效防止了零件的变形,并便于配合完成焊接,使之具有良好的工艺性,便于提高连接的可靠性,提高零件的制造精度,并便于提高连接强度与刚度。
