The circulating ball type steering telescopic shaft with the automatic anti-backlash structure comprises a telescopic rod, a spline housing, a universal joint, a dustproof oil seal and an anti-backlash mechanism, one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the anti-backlash mechanism, the spline housing is arranged on the telescopic rod and the anti-backlash mechanism in a sleeving mode, and the other end of the telescopic rod is supported in the spline housing through the dustproof oil seal; the universal joint and the spline housing are welded together; the anti-backlash mechanism comprises a track block, steel balls, a track piece, a positioning block, an anti-backlash ring and a track pin, the track block, the track pin, the spline housing, the positioning block and the track piece form an annular track, the annular track is divided into an inner track and an outer track, and the steel balls are continuously and uniformly distributed in the inner track and the outer track; each steel ball is in contact with the two rail pieces and the two sections of arcs on the ball groove of the spline sleeve; and the anti-backlash ring is mounted in a groove in the surface of the track block. The supporting area of the steel balls and the spline housing is increased, the supporting strength is improved, stress concentration is reduced, and abrasion of the steel balls, the track pieces and the spline housing is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种带自动消隙结构的循环球式转向伸缩轴,包括伸缩杆、花键套、万向节、防尘油封和消隙机构,所述伸缩杆一端与消隙机构连接,花键套套装在伸缩杆与消隙机构上,伸缩杆另一端通过防尘油封支撑在花键套内,万向节与花键套焊接在一起;消隙机构包括轨道块、钢球、轨道片、定位块、消隙环和轨道销,轨道块、轨道销、花键套、定位块以及轨道片组成环形轨道,环形轨道分内轨道和外轨道,钢球连续均匀分布在内轨道和外轨道内,每个钢球与两个轨道片和花键套球槽上的两段圆弧接触;消隙环安装在轨道块表面的凹槽内。本发明增加了钢球与花键套支撑面积,提高支撑强度,减小应力集中,减小了钢球与轨道片及花键套的磨损。
