The invention discloses a method for restraining side rolling of a train carriage in a hydraulic mode, which is characterized in that a hydraulic mechanism and a force return device which are connected with two sides of the carriage are arranged on a bogie, and when the carriage rolls laterally, acting force on one side of the carriage is transmitted to the other side of the carriage in a counter-acting force mode through a hydraulic flow channel of the hydraulic mechanism. Meanwhile, the force return device buffers the side rolling force and forms reset force on the two sides of the carriage; after the hydraulic mechanism and the force return device are arranged, the carriage can still smoothly sink and float up and down relative to the bogie. The invention has the advantages that the hydraulic pipeline can be randomly bent and arranged without occupying precious space and position on the bogie like the arrangement of an anti-side-rolling torsion bar in the prior art, so that the overall design of the bogie can be more scientific and reasonable; the problem that free sinking and floating of the carriage need to be met while the aim of resisting side rolling in a hydraulic mode is achieved is scientifically solved.

    本发明公开了一种用液压方式抑制列车车厢侧滚的方法,是在转向架上设置连接车厢两侧的液压机构和回力装置,在车厢发生侧滚时,将车厢一侧的作用力通过液压机构的液压流道以反作用力的形式传递到车厢的另一侧,同时使回力装置对侧滚力实施缓冲并对车厢两侧形成复位力;保证设置液压机构和回力装置后,车厢依然能够顺畅的相对于转向架上下沉浮。其优点在于:液压管路可以任意弯曲布设,无需像现有技术中抗侧滚扭杆的设置那样需要挤占转向架上宝贵的空间和位置,使得转向架总体设计能够更加科学合理;科学地解决了在实现以液压方式抗侧滚目的同时,还需要满足车厢自由沉浮的难题。
