The invention relates to a cab based on a cobweb honeycomb welding interlayer and a railway vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of railway vehicles, the cab comprises a framework and a skin located on the framework, the skin adopts an interlayer structure, and the skin and the framework are connected in a welding mode; the sandwich structure comprises a core material layer prepared from a cobweb honeycomb core material, the cobweb honeycomb core material is of a cell element structure composed of a plurality of cell elements which are arranged in a matrix and protrude out of the surface of the cobweb honeycomb core material, panel layers are arranged on the two sides of the core material layer, and the panel layers and the core material layer are connected in a welding mode. The technical problems that in the prior art, a cab is large in weight, large in welding amount, large in deformation, poor in sealing performance and high in cost can be solved.

    本发明涉及一种基于蛛网蜂窝焊接夹层的司机室及轨道车辆,属于轨道车辆技术领域,司机室包括骨架以及位于骨架上的蒙皮,蒙皮采用夹层结构,蒙皮与骨架采用焊接方式连接;夹层结构包括由蛛网蜂窝芯材制备得到的芯材层,蛛网蜂窝芯材设为由呈矩阵布置的凸出其表面的若干个胞元组成的胞元结构,芯材层的两侧均设有面板层,面板层与芯材层采用焊接方式连接,本发明能够解决现有技术中存在司机室重量大、焊接量大、变形大、密封性差以及成本高的技术问题。
