The system comprises an inverter, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a contactor and a motor controller, the contactor is a device for controlling physical connection and disconnection of a power supply circuit between the inverter and the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the motor controller is connected with the contactor through a control signal output port; and the motor controller is a device for sending an opening and closing control signal to the contactor through the control signal output port. In this way, the contactor is additionally arranged between the inverter and the permanent magnet synchronous motor, when the torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is zero, the motor controller can control the on-off of the contactor according to different vehicle speeds, and then the on-off of a power supply circuit between the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the inverter is flexibly controlled. And the damage to the inverter caused by the reverse electromotive force generated when the permanent magnet synchronous motor works in a zero-torque state is reduced.
