The invention provides a thermal management control method and device, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining an integrated expected state corresponding to each thermal management mode through querying an actuator expected state configuration table of the thermal management modes; comparing the integrated expected state with the actual state of the actuator, determining the fault state of each actuator, and determining at least one available thermal management mode from thermal management modes; the target heat management mode is determined from the at least one available heat management mode according to the received heat management request, and heat management control is conducted according to the target heat management mode. The most adaptive target heat management mode is determined from the multiple heat management modes, the control logic of the whole heat management mode is simplified, and the heat management efficiency is improved. The whole thermal management control process is more streamlined, the method is suitable for most thermal management schemes, thermal management overall platformization can be achieved, and resource consumption is reduced.
