The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle suspension guiding, and discloses a compact suspension guiding device which comprises a steering knuckle (1), a connecting attached seat (2), a spring, a spring mounting seat (4), a guiding mechanism (5), a piston rod (6), a sealing device (7), an end face bearing (8) and a damper (9). The steering knuckle (1) is C-shaped and fixedly connected to a hub motor shell, the connecting attached seat (2) is arranged at the upper position of the middle of the steering knuckle and is cylindrical, one end of the connecting attached seat (2) is fixed to the inner wall of the steering knuckle, and the other end of the connecting attached seat (2) is fixed to a vehicle body through a bolt. The elastic element, the guide mechanism and the damping element are integrated in the steering knuckle; a plunger guiding mode is adopted, the occupied transverse space is small, a caster angle can be set, and impact of the ground to a vehicle is weakened; the connecting attached seat can be adjusted up and down according to the water outlet path of the hub motor and the cable position; the spring is of a segmented structure, elastic force is applied in two directions, and it can be guaranteed that the wheel has good grounding performance.

    本发明属于车辆悬架导向技术领域,公开了一种紧凑型悬架导向装置,包括转向节(1)、连接附座(2)、弹簧、弹簧安装座(4)、导向机构(5)、活塞杆(6)、密封装置(7)、端面轴承(8)和阻尼器(9);转向节(1)呈C型,固连在轮毂电机壳体上,转向节中部偏上位置设置连接附座(2),连接附座(2)呈圆筒形,一端与转向节内壁固定,另一端与车体通过螺栓固定。本发明将弹性元件、导向机构和阻尼元件集成于转向节内;采用柱塞导向方式,占用横向空间少,可设置后倾角,减弱地面对车辆冲击;连接附座可根据轮毂电机出水路、电缆位置上、下调整;弹簧采用分段结构,双向施加弹性力,可保证车轮有好的接地性。
