    本发明涉及建材制品技术领域,主要是一种3D打印配重块及其制备方法。本发明提供的3D打印配重块包括配重块壳体和设于配重块壳体腔体内的配重芯;所述配重块壳体包括底板、顶盖以及连接底板和顶盖的四周壳体;所述底板和顶盖由废钢加工得到;所述四周壳体是以固废重混凝土为原料经3D打印得到;所述配重芯由固废重混凝土灌注至所述配重块壳体腔体内得到。本发明通过采用废钢制作底板和顶盖,比重较大的固废制作配重块四周壳体和配重芯,既能保证配重块的抗压强度,又减少了金属用量,降低生产成本,提高了固废综合利用的附加值,采用3D打印配重块的四周外壳,方便制作异型配重块,有利于扩大配重块市场。
