The invention discloses a thermoelectric conversion device in a vehicle and a thermoelectric conversion method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. According to one specific embodiment, the thermoelectric conversion device comprises a thermoelectric conversion layer, a connecting circuit and a battery module, wherein the thermoelectric conversion layer is connected with the battery module through the connecting circuit; the thermoelectric conversion layer is arranged on a front row seat and/or an instrument desk of the vehicle and used for converting heat energy and/or solar energy into electric energy and transmitting the electric energy to the battery module through the connecting circuit so that the battery module can store the electric energy. According to the implementation mode, electric conversion of solar energy/heat energy entering the vehicle is achieved, recycling of the solar energy/heat energy is achieved, on one hand, supplementary support can be provided for a vehicle battery system through the electric energy obtained through conversion, and the problems of partial power consumption and mileage anxiety are solved; on the other hand, the temperature in the automobile is reduced by absorbing heat energy/solar energy, so that the comfort of passengers in the automobile is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆中的热电转化装置及热电转化方法,属于车辆控制技术领域。该热电转化装置的一具体实施方式包括:热电转化层、连接电路和电池模组;其中,所述热电转化层与所述电池模组通过所述连接电路连接;所述热电转化层部署于所述车辆的前排座椅和/或仪表台上,用于将热能和/或太阳能转化为电能,并通过所述连接电路将电能输送至所述电池模组,以使所述电池模组存储电能。该实施方式实现了对进入车内的太阳能/热能的电转化,实现太阳能/热能的再利用,一方面能够通过转化得到的电能为车辆电池系统提供补充支持,解决部分耗电和里程焦虑问题;另一方面也通过对热能/太阳能的吸收,降低车内温度,从而提高车内乘员的舒适感。
