The invention discloses a collector plate, a fuel cell stack, a vehicle and a collector plate production process, and solves the technical problem that the production cost is relatively high as a collector plate adopts a PVD coating in the prior art. The collector plate is applied to the fuel cell and comprises a collector plate main body, and a sealing groove and/or a sealing ring are/is arranged on the collector plate main body; and the collector plate main body and a bipolar plate of the fuel cell are made of the same material. According to the collector plate, the material of the bipolar plate is applied to the collector plate, so that equipment for plating the bipolar plate and/or injecting a sealing ring can be applied to the collector plate, and the production cost of the collector plate is reduced. In other words, the collector plate and the bipolar plate can share the same set of equipment for coating, the collector plate and the bipolar plate can also share the same set of equipment for injection molding of the sealing ring, the collector plate does not need to independently use additional equipment for coating and injection molding, the collector plate can be shared with the bipolar plate, other equipment does not need to be additionally used, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, the production cost of the collector plate is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种集流板、燃料电池电堆及车辆以及集流板生产工艺,解决了现有技术中集流板采用PVD镀层生产成本较高的技术问题。其中集流板应用于燃料电池中,集流板包括集流板主体,集流板主体上设有密封槽和/或密封圈;集流板主体与燃料电池的双极板的材质相同。通过将双极板的材质应用于集流板中,可以将双极板镀层和/或注塑密封圈的设备应用于集流板中,从而减少了集流板的生产成本。即集流板可以与双极板共用同一套设备进行镀层,集流板也可以与双极板共用同一套设备进行注塑密封圈,集流板不需要再单独使用额外的设备进行镀层和注塑,可以与双极板共用,无需再另外使用其它的设备,从而减少了集流板的生产成本。
