The invention relates to the field of water sample detection and collection, in particular to an aquatic organism diversity sampling and detecting device which is characterized in that a first lower-layer frame is hinged to the lower end of a floating plate supporting device, a second lower-layer frame is longitudinally inserted into the first lower-layer frame in a threaded fit mode, and a plurality of automatic collectors are connected into the first lower-layer frame and the second lower-layer frame through buckles; the method has the beneficial effects that the acquisition position can be determined according to the acquisition condition of an actual environment, and deep regulation and control are carried out; collecting samples at different depths; through long-time standing, automatic compression and high-density sample collection are carried out, and high-efficiency sample collection is realized; meanwhile, mutual pollution among samples under different conditions is avoided.

    本发明涉及水样检测采集领域,更具体的说是一种水生物多样性采样检测装置,包括浮板支撑器的下端铰接第一下层架,第一下层架内通过螺纹配合纵向插接第二下层架,第一下层架和第二下层架内均通过卡扣连接多个自动采集器;本发明的有益效果为可以实现根据实际环境的采集情况,确定采集位置,进行深度调控;进行不同深度的样品采集;通过长时间静置,进行自动压缩高密度的样品收集,实现高效率的样品采集;同时避免不同条件下采样之间互相污染。
