The invention relates to an air buffering and limiting structure, a vibration reduction device and a vibration reduction control method, and relates to the technical field of automobile suspensions.On one hand, the embodiment of the invention provides an air buffering and limiting structure with actively-adjustable rigidity, and the air buffering and limiting structure is provided with a middle shaft hole used for installing a piston rod of a vibration reducer; the air buffering and limiting structure comprises an inner rubber buffering block, a rubber air cavity shell and a cover body structure, the rubber air cavity shell and the cover body structure form a closed high-pressure air cavity with adjustable internal air pressure, the rubber air cavity shell comprises a front section and a rear section, and the rear section of the rubber air cavity shell is wrapped with the inner rubber buffering block; on the second aspect, the invention discloses a damping device comprising the air buffering and limiting structure. And on the third aspect, the invention discloses a vibration reduction control method based on the vibration reduction device, according to the air buffering limiting structure, the vibration reduction device and the vibration reduction control method, the buffering rigidity can be actively changed, and the safety and comfort of vehicle driving can be improved.
