The two auxiliary cranes hold the blade tip and the blade root of the blade through flat lifting belts respectively, the two cranes lift and lift the blade synchronously until the blade leaves the deck of the transport ship by 2-3 m after the blade tool is dismounted, the main crane lifts the blade clamp to clamp the blade after the blade is stable, the two auxiliary cranes are unhooked after the clamp carries force, and the main crane lifts to install the blade. The process can greatly improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction cost.

    本发明提供一种双辅吊抬升的叶片夹持工艺及装置,风机安装船就位后,运输船四锚定位于安装船双辅吊侧,就位完成后,调整运输船与施工船间距至叶片在安装船双辅吊跨距范围内。两辅吊通过扁平吊带分别兜底叶片的叶尖与叶根,拆除叶片工装后两吊同步提升抬吊叶片至离开运输船甲板2‑3m,待平稳后主吊吊叶片夹具对叶片进行夹持,夹具带力后两辅吊摘钩,主吊起升进行叶片安装。本发明工艺可大大提高施工效率,降低施工成本。
