The invention discloses a floating crane integral hoisting construction method for a super-large and super-heavy steel box girder of a cross-sea bridge, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The method comprises the following main steps: selecting integral hoisting points of the steel box girder; designing and constructing a steel box girder lifting appliance; the special lifting appliance for the box girder is adjusted to be matched with a lifting point of the steel box girder; trial hoisting; hoisting to a barge safely and stably; the barge transports the box girder to a construction point; carrying out overall trial hoisting on the floating crane ship; integrally hoisting the box girder to the mounting bracket by a floating crane; and the pushing equipment pushes the box girder to the side span to complete side span construction. During construction operation in a navigable water area, the oversized and overweight steel box girder is erected by adopting a floating crane integral hoisting method, the construction safety risk is small, and compared with a support method and a floating separation method, the operation is relatively simple, and the precision is easier to control; meanwhile, the overall erection efficiency is greatly improved, the channel occupation time is greatly reduced, the project construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明一种跨海大桥超大超重钢箱梁浮吊整体吊装施工方法,涉及桥梁施工技术领域。主要步骤为:钢箱梁整体吊装吊点选择;钢箱梁吊具的设计与施工;调整箱梁专用吊具,匹配钢箱梁的吊点;试吊装;安全、平稳吊至驳船;驳船运输箱梁至施工点;浮吊船的整体试吊;浮吊整体吊装箱梁至安装支架;顶推设备向边跨顶推箱梁完成边跨施工。本发明在通航水域施工作业时,采用浮吊整体吊装的方法架设超大超重钢箱梁,其施工安全风险小,与支架法、浮脱法施工相比,操作相对简单且精度更容易控制;同时大大提高整体架设效率,航道占用时长大大减少,缩短项目施工工期,大幅减小施工成本。
