The invention discloses a self-locking limiting mechanism for track conveying of a lifting operation platform, which comprises a panel and a bolt piece used for relatively and fixedly connecting the panel and a connecting seat, an inclined hole intersected with the horizontal direction is formed in the panel, a connecting piece is attached to the inner side of the panel from the horizontal part of a T shape, and the connecting piece is connected with the panel through the bolt piece. A long hole intersecting with the horizontal direction is formed in the horizontal part, the long hole and the inclined hole are arranged in an intersecting mode, and a bolt piece penetrates through the inclined hole and the long hole to enable the connecting base and the panel to form self-locking so as to limit shaking of the pulley in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. On one hand, the pulley can be locked at a constant position, uniform contact between the pulley and the sliding rail is ensured, the bearing platform is relatively stable in the operation process, and meanwhile, the pulley cannot be loosened after long-term use, so that the shaking possibility of the bearing platform is greatly reduced; on the other hand, shaking in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction is completely limited, self-locking is formed, implementation is convenient, and operation is stable.
本发明公开了升降作业平台的轨道传送用的自锁限位机构,其包括面板、用于将面板与连接座相对固定连接的螺栓件,其中在面板上开设有与水平方向相交设置的斜孔,连接件自T字型的水平部贴合在面板的内侧,在水平部上形成与水平方向相交的长形孔,长形孔与斜孔相交设置,螺栓件穿过斜孔和长形孔将连接座与面板形成自锁、以限制滑轮在水平和竖直方向上的晃动。本发明一方面能够将滑轮锁定在恒定位置,确保滑轮与滑轨的均匀接触,使得承载平台在运行过程中相对平稳,同时在长期使用下,滑轮也不会出现松动,从而大幅度的降低承载平台晃动的可能性;另一方面水平和竖直方向上的晃动完全被限制且形成自锁,实施方便,且运行稳定。
