The invention relates to a guide-rod-free automatic vertical lifting device and a using method. The guide-rod-free automatic vertical lifting device is composed of a base frame, a sliding plate assembly, a swing arm assembly, a short arm assembly, a driving assembly and a top plate assembly. The sliding plate assembly I and the sliding plate assembly II are fixed on the base frame and are connected through a connecting rod; the upper portion of the swing arm assembly I is hinged to the top plate assembly. The lower portions of the short arm assembly I and the short arm assembly II are hinged to the base frame, the upper portions are hinged to the swing arm assembly I, and the hinge points are located at the center of the upper hinge point and the lower hinge point of the swing arm assembly I; the upper portion of the swing arm assembly II is in sliding fit with the top plate assembly through a roller mechanism. The lower part of the short arm assembly III is hinged with the sliding plate assembly II, and the upper part is hinged with the center of the swing arm assembly II; the driving assembly is mounted on the base frame, and the output end is connected with the sliding plate assembly I; through the combination of the rocker arm connecting rod mechanism and the sliding plate mechanism, the top plate is kept horizontal in the lifting process, and movement in the horizontal direction cannot occur.

    本发明涉及一种无导向杆自动垂直升降装置及使用方法,由基架、滑板组件、摆臂组件、短臂组件、驱动组件及顶板组件组成;滑板组件Ⅰ和滑板组件Ⅱ固定在基架上,二者通过连杆相连;摆臂组件Ⅰ下方与滑板组件Ⅰ铰接,上方与顶板组件铰接;短臂组件Ⅰ和短臂组件Ⅱ下方分别与基架铰接,上方与摆臂组件Ⅰ铰接,铰接点位置摆臂组件Ⅰ上下铰接点的中心位置;摆臂组件Ⅱ下方与基架铰接,上方与顶板组件通过辊轮机构滑动配合;短臂组件Ⅲ下方与滑板组件Ⅱ铰接,上方与摆臂组件Ⅱ中心位置铰接;驱动组件安装在基架上,输出端与滑板组件Ⅰ连接;本发明通过摇臂连杆机构与滑板机构的组合,实现顶板升降过程中保持水平,且不会出现水平方向的移动。
