When the steel wire rope lifts the steel structure bridge, the pulling rope can generate obliquely upward pulling force on the two ends of the mounting plate, and under the action of the two pulling forces, the steel structure bridge can be prevented from rotating and shaking during lifting, so that the steel structure bridge is more stable in the lifting process, and the safety of the device is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及钢结构桥梁提升技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢结构桥梁提升设备,包括两个支撑架,两个所述支撑架之间固定安装有横梁,所述横梁上滑动安装有平移机构和提升机构,所述横梁表面对称开设有通孔并转动安装有定向轮,所述提升机构上安装有钢丝绳,所述钢丝绳的一端转动安装有牵引轮,所述横梁下方设有安装板,所述安装板表面对称转动安装有导向轮,所述横梁上设有牵引绳,所述牵引绳依次穿插在定向轮、导向轮和牵引轮之间。本发明钢丝绳在提升钢结构桥梁的同时,牵引绳会对安装板的两端均产生一个斜向上的拉力,在两个拉力的作用下,可防止钢结构桥梁在提升时,发生旋转摇晃,从而在吊装的过程中更加稳定,有效的提高装置的安全性。
