The invention relates to the technical field of elevator guide rails, and discloses an elevator guide rail vibration and noise reduction device and a using method.The elevator guide rail vibration and noise reduction device comprises a wall body and two guide rails fixedly connected to the front face of the wall body, and further comprises a sliding mechanism arranged on the front face of the wall body, and the sliding mechanism comprises four rolling wheels; the four rollers are in rolling connection with the interiors of the two guide rails, rotating frames are rotationally connected to the outer walls of the four rollers, supporting rods are fixedly connected to the sides, away from the rollers, of the rotating frames, and damping pieces are fixedly connected to the left sides and the right sides of the supporting rods. According to the elevator, the vibration reduction pieces are connected with the supporting rods, residual vibration force can be absorbed through the vibration reduction pieces, vibration generated in an elevator is prevented from being directly transmitted to the supporting rods, and therefore the situation that the rolling wheels shake in the guide rails due to residual force generated by vibration of the rotating frames and the rolling wheels in the guide rails is avoided; and vibration generated in the elevator can be fully absorbed by the mounting mechanism and the vibration reduction sheet, so that the vibration reduction and noise reduction effects of the device are improved.
本发明涉及电梯导轨技术领域,且公开了一种电梯导轨减振降噪装置及使用方法,包括墙体和两个导轨,两个导轨固定连接在墙体正面,还包括滑动机构,滑动机构设置在墙体正面,滑动机构包括有四个滚轮,四个滚轮滚动连接在两个导轨内部,四个滚轮外壁均转动连接有转架,转架远离滚轮的一侧固定连接有支撑杆,支撑杆左侧和右侧均固定连接有减振片。本发明通过减振片与支撑杆的连接,可以将剩余振动的力通过减振片进行吸收,避免电梯内部产生振动时直接传输到支撑杆上,从而避免转架与滚轮在导轨内部因为振动产生的余力使滚轮在导轨内部产生晃动,可以使安装机构与减振片对电梯内部产生的振动进行充分的吸收,从而提高使该装置的减振降噪的效果。
