    本发明公开了一种电梯制动器检测方法,包括如下步骤:S1:将位移传感器与制动器内部的弹簧相连,将变频器与位移传感器相连,将变频器与曳引机相连;S2:将控制参数输入变频器;S3:电梯安装调试完成后,释放制动器,制动器使轿厢制停,此时制动器为初始状态,通过位移传感器和变频器获得弹簧压缩量△;S4:当电梯启动时,制动器提起,此时制动器为工作状态,通过位移传感器和变频器获得弹簧压缩量△1;S5:设置阈值△2,当△1‑△>△2时,变频器判断制动器为打开状态;当△1‑△<△2时,变频器判断制动器为闭合状态,变频器报故障,通过曳引机控制轿厢停止运行;S6:若制动器为可靠释放状态,通过公式M=μ×G×d14/(8×n1×D3)×n2×Δ×R计算出单个制动器的实时制动力矩M1。
