The invention belongs to the technical field of spacecrafts, and particularly relates to a protection-thermal control integrated structure for a spacecraft. The integrated structure is composed of a protected object and an inner screen, the protected object and an outer screen, or the protected object, the inner screen and the outer screen. The inner screen is of a multifunctional filling layer structure and is sequentially composed of an atomic oxygen prevention layer, a reflecting layer, a heat insulation layer, a breaking layer, a diffusion layer and an atomic oxygen prevention layer from outside to inside. The atomic oxygen prevention layers on the inner surface and the outer surface completely wrap all the surfaces of the multifunctional filling layer. The outer screen is made of a metal material and comprises a protective outer screen, a plurality of groups of connecting ribs distributed in an array and a fluid pipeline, and the fluid pipeline is arranged in the direction of the cabin body and welded to the inner side of the protective outer screen through welding ribs; the integrated structure has protection and thermal control functions, and mechanical interfaces can be mutually independent in the assembling and disassembling processes, so that the structural efficiency is greatly improved, and the structural complexity is simplified.

    本发明属于航天器技术领域,具体涉及一种面向航天器的防护‑热控一体化结构。所述一体化结构由被防护对象和内屏、被防护对象和外屏或被防护对象和内屏、外屏组成;所述内屏为多功能填充层结构,由外向内依次由防原子氧层、反射层、隔热层、破碎层、扩散层、防原子氧层组成;内、外表面的防原子氧层将多功能填充层的各个表面完全包覆;所述外屏为金属材质,包括防护外屏、若干组阵列分布的连接筋和流体管路,流体管路沿舱体方向设置,通过焊接筋焊接在防护外屏内侧;所述一体化结构能兼具防护和热控功能,并且在装配和拆卸过程中接机械接口可以互相独立,大大提高了结构效率,简化了结构的复杂性。
