According to the telescopic limiting device, an outer cylinder is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity through an integrated partition plate arranged in the middle, an upper floating piston is arranged in the upper cavity, and the upper cavity is divided into an upper oil cavity and a lower oil cavity through the upper floating piston; the upper floating piston is in threaded connection with the bottom end of the piston rod, and the top end of the piston rod extends out of the upper oil cavity. A lower floating piston is arranged in the lower cavity, the lower cavity is divided into an oil storage cavity located on the upper portion and an air cavity located on the lower portion through the lower floating piston, and the air cavity is communicated with the outside atmosphere. An oil conducting passage is arranged among the upper oil cavity, the lower oil cavity and the oil storage cavity, and an oil control passage is arranged between the upper oil cavity and the lower oil cavity. According to the technical scheme, the problems that an existing helicopter undercarriage telescopic limiting device is difficult to disassemble, long in disassembly time, prone to being damaged and the like are solved.

    本发明公开一种起落架伸缩限位装置、伸缩限位方法和直升机起落架,伸缩限位装置中,外筒通过中部设置的一体化隔板分隔成上下两个腔体,上腔体内设置有上浮动活塞,通过上浮动活塞将上腔划分成上油腔和下油腔,上浮动活塞与活塞杆底端螺纹连接,活塞杆顶端伸出上油腔,且在上油腔端部安装密封端盖;下腔体内设置有下浮动活塞,通过下浮动活塞将下腔划分成位于上部的储油腔和位于下部的空气腔,空气腔与外界大气联通;上油腔、下油腔和储油腔之间设置有油液导通通路,上油腔与下油腔之间设置有油液控制通路。本发明提供的技术方案解决了现有直升机起落架伸缩限位装置难以拆卸、拆卸时间较长,且容易受到损伤等问题。
