The invention provides a shipborne carbon capture method and system for a liquefied natural gas transport ship, and the system comprises a waste gas pretreatment part which carries out the denitration treatment of the waste gas of the liquefied natural gas transport ship, and cools the denitrated waste gas to obtain the pretreated waste gas; in the carbon capture part, carbon dioxide in the pretreated waste gas is absorbed by an amine-poor solution, then an amine-rich solution is formed, and meanwhile, purified gas with low-concentration carbon dioxide removed is discharged; carrying out pyrolysis treatment on the amine-rich solution, and decomposing the amine-rich solution into a amine-poor solution which can be recycled and is used for absorbing carbon dioxide and high-purity carbon dioxide gas; and the on-board storage part is used for liquefying the high-purity carbon dioxide gas and temporarily storing the liquefied high-purity carbon dioxide gas on a ship. Carbon dioxide in LNG ship engine exhaust is sequentially absorbed and desorbed through the compound amine solution, the desorbed carbon dioxide is compressed and condensed, meanwhile, waste cold and waste heat on a transport ship are fully utilized, and the dual effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种液化天然气运输船的船载碳捕集方法及系统,包括:废气预处理部分,对液化天然气运输船废气进行脱硝处理,并对脱硝后的废气进行冷却,得到预处理后废气;碳捕集部分,利用贫胺溶液吸收所述预处理后废气中的二氧化碳,随后形成富胺溶液,同时将脱除了低浓度二氧化碳后的净化气体排出;对所述富胺溶液进行热解处理,并分解为能够重复利用的用于吸收二氧化碳的贫胺溶液和高纯度二氧化碳气体;船上存储部分,将所述高纯度二氧化碳气体液化并暂存于船上。本发明通过复合胺溶液对LNG船舶发动机排气中的二氧化碳依次进行吸收、解吸,压缩冷凝解吸出的二氧化碳,同时充分利用运输船上余冷余热,实现节能减排的双重效果。
