The invention relates to an intelligent pilot ship auxiliary embarkation system which comprises an embarkation device and an electric control system, the embarkation device is composed of a fixing assembly, a walking assembly and a walking driving device, the walking assembly and the fixing assembly are connected through a guide rail assembly and a guide device, and the walking assembly can move front and back along the guide rail assembly. The walking driving device is connected between the walking assembly and the fixing assembly and used for driving the walking assembly to assist the pilot in approaching the piloted ship. The electric control system is connected with the walking driving device and used for achieving the two-way walking function, the safe distance intelligent keeping function, the intelligent anti-collision function and the intelligent auxiliary operation function of the piloting ship boarding device. The boarding auxiliary system can autonomously move relative to the piloted ship, so that the piloted ship is kept relatively static, the difficulty of controlling the ship by a piloting captain is reduced, and safe boarding of a pilot is also ensured.
