The embodiment of the invention discloses a charging and discharging control method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The charging and discharging control method comprises the steps that the charging pile working state of each charging pile in a charging station is obtained according to a preset period; for each charging pile, selecting a target charging and discharging control model from pre-trained charging and discharging control models according to the charging pile type of the charging pile; the charging pile working state corresponding to the charging pile is input into the target charging and discharging control model, and a charging and discharging control instruction corresponding to the charging pile is determined according to the output result of the target charging and discharging control model, so that the electric vehicle connected with the charging pile is charged according to the charging and discharging control instruction; wherein each charging and discharging control model is obtained by training a reward and punishment function constructed according to station-level power limitation of the charging station through a commentator network in the corresponding MADDPG model. On the basis of meeting the charging requirement that each charging pile in the charging station is connected with the electric vehicle, the charging cost of different types of charging piles is reduced, and the load and the requirement of a power grid are balanced.

    本发明实施例公开了一种充放电控制方法、装置、设备及存储介质,包括:按照预设周期获取充电站内各充电桩的充电桩工作状态;针对每个充电桩,根据充电桩的充电桩类型在预训练的各充放电控制模型中选择目标充放电控制模型;将充电桩对应的充电桩工作状态输入至目标充放电控制模型,根据目标充放电控制模型的输出结果确定与充电桩对应的充放电控制指令,以使连接充电桩的电动汽车按照充放电控制指令进行充电;其中,各充放电控制模型通过对应MADDPG模型中的评论家网络,和根据充电站的站级功率限制构建的奖惩函数训练得到。在满足充电站内各充电桩接入电动车辆充电需求的基础上,降低不同类型充电桩的充电成本,平衡了电网负荷与需求。
