According to the electric loader, different driving motors are arranged to correspondingly and directly drive the front driving axle and the rear driving axle, so that the transmission efficiency of the electric loader is improved, the electric quantity loss is reduced, and the endurance mileage is increased; different controllers are arranged to independently and correspondingly control a front driving motor, a rear driving motor and an oil pump motor, so that independent work and installation control of the driving motors and the oil pump motor are achieved, the purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved to the maximum extent, the cruising ability of the whole vehicle is improved, and the effective working duration of the whole vehicle is prolonged; based on the provided driving method, when the electric loader carries out forward/backward operation, left/right steering operation and loading operation, the power consumption of the electric loader is greatly reduced by controlling the rotating speed and starting and stopping of a driving motor and an oil pump motor.

    本发明涉及电动装载机技术领域,具体涉及一种电动装载机及其行驶驱动方法。本申请中,通过设置不同的驱动电机,分别对前驱动桥及后驱动桥进行对应性直接驱动,从而提高了电动装载机传动效率,降低了电量损耗,提高了续航里程;通过设置不同的控制器,分别对前驱动电机、后驱动电机及油泵电机进行单独的对应性控制,从而实现了驱动电机和油泵电机二者的独立工作及装束控制,进而最大限度地实现了节能降耗目的,提高了整车的续航能力和有效工作时长;基于提出的行驶驱动方法,致使电动装载机在进行前进/后退操作、左/右转向操作及装载操作时,通过控制驱动电机及油泵电机的转速和启停,以大幅度地减少电动装载机的耗电量。
