The invention relates to a cooling and lubricating control system and method for a motor and a reduction gearbox of a new energy automobile. The cooling and lubricating control system comprises the reduction gearbox, an oil pump, a motor device, a controller, a heat exchange device and a whole automobile CAN bus, and the oil pump is arranged in the reduction gearbox; the motor device is connected to one side of the reduction gearbox; the motor device comprises a motor stator, a motor rotor and a rotor shaft, the rotor shaft is rotationally connected with the motor stator, and the motor rotor is fixedly connected with the rotor shaft; the controller is arranged on the motor device; the heat exchange device is separated from the reduction gearbox, the motor device and the controller in a three-in-one mode and arranged at other positions of the whole vehicle, a water passing side and an oil passing side are arranged in the heat exchange device, and the water passing side is used for cooling the oil passing side. And the whole vehicle CAN bus is arranged at a vehicle end. The method has the beneficial effects that 1, the cooling liquid flow estimation temperature and the cooling motor estimation temperature are estimated through software of the controller, so that cooling is more accurate; and 2, the rotor with the highest heating value of the motor is fully cooled through the motor cooling oil duct.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车电机、减速箱的冷却润滑控制系统及方法,包括减速箱、油泵、电机装置、控制器、热交换装置及整车CAN总线,油泵设于减速箱内;电机装置连接设于减速箱一侧;电机装置包括电机定子、电机转子及转子轴,转子轴与电机定子转动连接,电机转子与转子轴固定连接;控制器设于电机装置上;热交换装置与减速箱、电机装置及控制器组成的三合一分开,置于整车其他位置,热交换装置内设有通水侧和通油侧,通水侧用于对通油侧进行降温;整车CAN总线设于车辆端。本发明的有益效果在于:1、通过控制器的软件预估冷却液流量估算温度及冷却电机估算温度,使降温更加精准;2、通过电机冷却油道,对电机发热量最高的转子充分散热。
