The hybrid power transmission device comprises an engine, a first motor, a second motor and a first planet row, the first planet row comprises a first planet carrier, a plurality of first planet gears, a first gear ring and a first sun gear, and the first planet carrier is connected with the second motor; the first brake assembly is adjacent to the first gear ring, the second planet row comprises a second planet carrier, a plurality of second planet gears, a second gear ring and a second sun gear, the second gear ring is connected with the first planet carrier, the second planet carrier is connected with the output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the wheel shaft; the second brake assembly is arranged adjacent to the second gear ring, and the first sun gear and the second sun gear are selectively connected with at least one of the first motor and the engine through the clutch assembly. According to the structure, multi-gear power transmission and a multi-power driving mode are achieved, so that actual working conditions or actual requirements are met, and comprehensive reduction of energy consumption is facilitated.
