The invention provides an airship electrical docking system based on mechanical locking, which comprises a first docking mechanism, a second docking mechanism and a mechanical arm connected with the first docking mechanism, the mechanical arm is provided with a first tail end execution piece used for driving the first butt joint mechanism to rotate and axially move and a second tail end execution piece used for driving the butt joint ring to axially slide relative to the eccentric cone. The first butt joint mechanism comprises an eccentric cone, a butt joint ring which sleeves the first eccentric cone and can axially slide relative to the first eccentric cone, a locking rod arranged on the butt joint ring, and an aviation electrical socket. The second butt joint mechanism comprises an eccentric rod used for being matched with the eccentric cone, a locking device arranged on the eccentric rod and used for being matched with the locking rod, and an aviation plug matched with the aviation electrical socket. According to the invention, the problem that a conical rod peripheral device of a traditional conical rod type butt joint structure cannot be accurately aligned is solved, and a scheme is provided for accurate plugging of a plurality of aviation sockets and plugs among different airships.
