    本发明公开了新能源汽车电池检测用充电设备,包括箱体、电池罩、能够与电池罩配合的检测架,电池罩设有四个立式定位柱,检测架与定位柱活动配合,电池罩笼罩在箱体内的电池上,定位柱上设有楔形块,相对楔形块之间的最大距离等于箱体内壁之间的距离,检测架上活动配合有检测件,检测件的内端位于检测架内,且该内端与检测架之间设有弹簧,该内端能够与电池侧面接触,检测件的外端与箱体的内壁之间具有间隙。在电池不存在凸包的情况下,检测架沿立式定位柱下降,一旦检测件遭遇凸包,检测件相对检测架发生位移,检测件外端与箱体内壁相抵,阻止检测架继续下降,以检测电池凸包的有无。
