The invention discloses a method and system for evaluating the influence of traffic events on road traffic, and relates to the field of intelligent traffic management. Comprising the following steps: acquiring traffic event influence time, a traffic event influence range, a traffic event influence speed reduction rate degree, a traffic event influence high delay operation time proportion growth rate and a traffic event influence road operation speed deviation rate growth rate corresponding to each road section; according to the method and the device, the traffic incident influence level corresponding to each road section is evaluated based on the information, so that corresponding early warning can be performed, the road traffic influence is evaluated based on the multi-dimensional traffic incident information influence factors, the road traffic management efficiency is ensured, and the traffic patency rate of the road traffic is improved.

    本发明公开一种交通事件对道路交通影响评估方法及系统,涉及智能交通管理领域,包括:通过获取各个路段对应的交通事影响时间、交通事件影响范围、交通事件影响速度降低率程度、交通事件影响高延时运行时间占比增长率、交通事件影响道路运行速度偏差率增长率,并基于上述信息评估各个路段对应的交通事件影响等级,从而可以进行相应的预警,从而实现了基于多维度交通事件信息影响因素对道路交通影响进行评估,保证了道路交通管理的效率,提升了道路交通的通行通畅率。
