The invention relates to an urban road monitoring method and device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle track data of a vehicle running on the urban road; performing feature extraction on the vehicle track data to obtain basic data of vehicle driving; performing time sequence analysis on the vehicle trajectory data to obtain time sequence features corresponding to the vehicle trajectory data, and obtaining spatial features corresponding to the vehicle trajectory data; performing trajectory analysis on the vehicle trajectory data to obtain trajectory features; obtaining construction data of the urban road by using the basic features, the time sequence features, the spatial features and the trajectory features; and reconstructing the urban road according to the construction data, and performing monitoring according to the reconstructed urban road. By adopting the method, the urban road monitoring precision can be improved.
