The liquid storage device comprises a containing cavity and a pressing plate; the pressing plate divides the containing cavity into a gaseous working medium storage cavity and a liquid working medium storage cavity located on the lower side of the gaseous working medium storage cavity. Micropores are formed in the pressing plate; a first working medium inlet and a first working medium outlet are formed in the liquid working medium storage cavity; the first working medium inlet communicates with the first outlet; the first working medium outlet is communicated with an inlet of the throttling device; a second working medium outlet is formed in the gaseous working medium storage cavity; an inlet of the vacuum pump communicates with the second working medium outlet, and an outlet of the vacuum pump communicates with an inlet of the shell and tube condenser. When the ship body jolts, the liquid storage device and the vacuum pump work in cooperation or independently, and the problem that gaseous refrigerants enter the throttling device due to the fact that the ship body jolts can be solved.
