The invention belongs to the technical field of underground engineering, and particularly relates to a method for hoisting out a shield tunneling machine with the top of a subway station structure located on the first underground floor, various temporary supporting components are firstly arranged and then dismantled, it can be guaranteed that the shield tunneling machine is safely hoisted out, and the situation that subsequent upper cover commercial construction handover is affected due to the fact that a structure is additionally arranged above the first underground floor is avoided; and cross operation of two working teams which are not subordinate to each other is avoided, so that a project can be smoothly transferred to a comprehensive development related unit after subway construction is completed. The invention further provides a non-transient readable recording medium and a system comprising the medium, the non-transient readable recording medium stores a shield tunneling machine lifting-out method program located on the first underground floor at the top of the subway station structure, and the program can be called through a processing circuit to execute the method.
