The invention discloses an automatic control system for service braking of a forklift, which has the main design concept that an independent pump station integrating two pressure switches, an energy accumulator, a brake valve and a brake are utilized to form a set of simple service braking system with lossless functions, and existing devices such as a prefill valve are abandoned. The whole system is simple in pipeline, compact in structure and convenient to assemble, maintain and repair, and the system cost can be remarkably reduced. Specifically, two paths of pressure feedback signals are additionally arranged, accurate control over starting and stopping of the motor can be achieved according to needs, hydraulic power loss of the system is reduced, energy consumption is reduced, and therefore the system efficiency is improved, and implementation and application of technicians in the field are facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种叉车行车制动自动控制系统,本发明的主要设计构思在于,利用集成两个压力开关的独立泵站、蓄能器、制动阀、制动器组成一套精简且功能无损的行车制动系统,摒弃了现有器件,如充液阀等,使得整套系统管路简洁、结构紧凑,不仅便于装配维护检修,而且可显著降低系统成本。具体地,主要是通过增设的两路压力反馈信号,可按需实现对电机启停的精准控制,减少系统液压功率损失、降低能耗,从而提高系统效能,也便于本领域技术人员实施应用。
