The invention belongs to the field of deep well rescue cranes, and relates to a center through cable steel wire rope winding-out structure for a crane, which comprises a winding drum, a bearing seat, a support shaft and a slip ring encoder integrated device, the bearing seat is arranged in the winding drum, and the supporting shaft and the slip ring encoder integrated device are arranged on the two sides of the bearing seat respectively; winding drum side plates are arranged on the sides of the winding drum, winding drum side plate holes are formed in the winding drum side plates, reinforcing ribs are arranged in the winding drum, auxiliary holes are formed in the reinforcing ribs, center holes are formed in the supporting shaft and the bearing seat, and a cable is pre-buried in the center of the steel wire rope. The rope head of the steel wire rope penetrates out of a side plate hole of the winding drum, winds back into the winding drum through a process hole, penetrates out of a center hole of the supporting shaft and is connected with the slip ring encoder integrated device. By improving the reel steel wire rope fixing mode, a cable in the center of the steel wire rope is led out of the reel supporting shaft, the deep well rescue requirement is met, and meanwhile the requirement for underground and ground communication in the whole rescue process is met.

    本发明属于深井救援起重机领域,涉及一种起重机用中心通缆钢丝绳绕出结构,包括卷筒、轴承座、支撑轴和滑环编码器集成装置;所述轴承座设置于卷筒内部,所述支撑轴和滑环编码器集成装置分别设置于轴承座的两侧;所述卷筒侧方设置有卷筒侧板,所述卷筒侧板内设置有卷筒侧板孔,所述卷筒内部设置有加强筋,所述加强筋内部设置有工艺孔,所述支撑轴和轴承座内部设置有中心孔,所述钢丝绳中心预埋电缆;钢丝绳绳头通过卷筒侧板孔穿出,通过工艺孔绕回卷筒内部,穿过支撑轴中心孔引出,与滑环编码器集成装置连接。通过改进卷筒钢丝绳固定方式,钢丝绳中心的电缆从卷筒支撑轴引出,在满足深井救援需求的同时,满足救援全过程井下和地面通讯的需求。
