The invention discloses a telescopic hydraulic system, a telescopic mechanism and an automobile crane, the telescopic hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic pump and a proportional reversing valve, a first-end hydraulic control cavity is connected with a first reversing valve pilot control oil way provided with a first pressure control valve, and a second-end hydraulic control cavity is connected with a second reversing valve pilot control oil way provided with a second pressure control valve; the second end hydraulic control cavity is connected with a second reversing valve pilot control oil way provided with a second pressure control valve, and the first pressure control valve and the second pressure control valve are used for controlling the oil pressure of pilot oil flowing to the corresponding end hydraulic control cavity of the proportional reversing valve. The balance valve is arranged on the rodless cavity working oil way; the electric proportional overflow valve is connected to a rod cavity working oil way; the third pressure control valve is arranged in a balance valve pilot control oil way between the hydraulic control end of the balance valve and the rod cavity working oil way and used for controlling the oil pressure of pilot oil flowing to the balance valve. According to the novel telescopic hydraulic system, operation requirements under different retraction working conditions can be met through accurate proportional control, and stability, reliability, telescopic speed and working efficiency are all considered.

    本申请公开了一种伸缩液压系统、伸缩机构和汽车起重机,伸缩液压系统包括液压泵,比例换向阀,第一端液控腔连接有设置第一压力控制阀的第一换向阀先导控制油路,第二端液控腔连接有设置第二压力控制阀的第二换向阀先导控制油路,第一、第二压力控制阀分别用于控制流向比例换向阀相应的端部液控腔的先导油液的油压;平衡阀,设置在无杆腔工作油路上;电比例溢流阀,连接至有杆腔工作油路;第三压力控制阀,设置在平衡阀的液控端与有杆腔工作油路之间的平衡阀先导控制油路中,用于控制流向平衡阀的先导油液的油压。本申请的新型伸缩液压系统可通过精确的比例控制,满足不同的回缩工况下的作业需要,兼顾平稳可靠性、伸缩速度、工作效率。
