The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle device for detecting an insulator. According to the technical scheme, the connecting protective sleeves are additionally arranged between the adjacent undercarriages, so that the stability of the undercarriages is enhanced while the undercarriages are protected; in the fuselage part, two groups of supporting rods are adopted to play a structural reinforcing role on the extension arms and the undercarriage, so that the overall stability of the fuselage is ensured; according to the rotor wing part, the influence of lateral airflow is reduced by adopting a flat motor, and meanwhile, a protection ring is additionally arranged on the outer edge of a rotor wing, so that a certain collision protection effect is achieved. In addition, a one-way air inducing channel is constructed in the machine body, and heat dissipation in the machine body can be accelerated; by means of the lifting structure at the bottom, the thermal infrared imager is installed, and therefore non-contact detection is conducted on the insulator through the thermal infrared imaging method. The system is more reliable in operation and more complete in function, and has outstanding technical advantages.

    本发明公开了一种用于检测绝缘子的无人机装置。该技术方案在相邻的起落架之间增设了连接护套,在对起落架起到保护作用的同时加强了起落架的稳定性;在机身部分,本发明采用两组支撑杆对延伸臂和起落架起到结构加强作用,确保了机身整体的稳定性;旋翼部分,本发明采用扁平电机降低侧方气流的影响,同时在旋翼外缘增设了保护环,起到一定的碰撞保护作用。此外,本发明在机身中构建了单向的引风通道,可加速机身内部散热;依托于底部的升降结构,本发明安装了红外热像仪,从而通过红外热像法对绝缘子进行非接触式检测。本发明运行更加可靠,功能更加完善,具有突出的技术优势。
