The invention discloses a self-centering clamping assembly and an on-orbit assembling method, and relates to the technical field of space on-orbit assembling, the self-centering clamping assembly comprises a first connecting piece, one side of the first connecting piece is provided with a first butt joint structure used for being in butt joint with the outside, and the other side of the first connecting piece is provided with a first connecting part; a second butt joint structure used for being in butt joint with the outside is arranged on one side of the second connecting piece, and a second connecting part is arranged on the other side of the second connecting piece; a first butt joint part and a second butt joint part are arranged on the two sides of the third connecting piece correspondingly, the first connecting part can be connected with the first butt joint part in a clamped mode, and the second connecting part can be connected with the second butt joint part in a clamped mode, so that the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are configured to be capable of positioning and locking the third connecting piece. According to the self-centering clamping assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem that accurate butt-joint assembly is difficult due to relative pose deviation in the on-orbit assembly process of a large flexible structure module can be solved, and high efficiency, reliability and stability of on-orbit assembly operation are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种自定心夹持组件及在轨组装方法,涉及空间在轨组装技术领域,包括第一连接件,第一连接件的一侧设有用于与外部对接的第一对接结构,另一侧设有第一连接部;第二连接件,第二连接件的一侧设有用于与外部对接的第二对接结构,另一侧设有第二连接部;以及第三连接件,第三连接件的两侧分别设置有第一对接部和第二对接部,第一连接部能够与第一对接部卡接,第二连接部能够与第二对接部卡接,以使第一连接件和第二连接件配置成能够将第三连接件定位锁紧。本发明实施例提供的自定心夹持组件,能够解决大型柔性结构模块在轨组装过程中相对位姿偏差导致难以精准对接组装的问题,保证在轨组装操作的高效、可靠与稳定。
