The invention provides an integrated embedded pipeline radiator suitable for a spacecraft. A fluid pipeline (2) is embedded in a cellular board (1) after being filled and shaped by polystyrene foam (6); the mounting surface of the fluid pipeline (2) is glued and fixed with the honeycomb plate outer skin (7), and is glued and compressed with the honeycomb core (12) and the honeycomb plate inner skin (11); a heater (9) and a thermistor (10) are arranged on a non-mounting surface of a fin of the fluid pipeline (2); and an inlet and an outlet of the fluid pipeline (2) are exposed out of the honeycomb plate (1) and are fixed on the honeycomb plate inner skin (11) through a bracket (5). The fluid loop radiator is optimally designed, and compared with a traditional radiator, the weight and compensation power consumption can be remarkably reduced, precious resources are saved for an aircraft, and meanwhile the safety and reliability of the radiator are improved.
本发明提供了一种适用于空间飞行器的一体化预埋管路辐射器,流体管路(2)通过发泡胶(6)填充定型后预埋在蜂窝板(1)中;流体管路(2)的安装面与蜂窝板外蒙皮(7)胶粘固定,与蜂窝芯子(12)及蜂窝板内蒙皮(11)进行胶接和压紧;流体管路(2)的翅片的非安装面设置有加热器(9)和热敏电阻(10);流体管路(2)的进口、出口露出蜂窝板(1)并通过支架(5)固定在蜂窝板内蒙皮(11)上。本发明优化设计了流体回路辐射器,与传统辐射器相较,可显著降低重量及补偿功耗,为飞行器节约了宝贵的资源,同时提高了辐射器的安全性及可靠性。
