The female hinge is rotationally connected with the male hinge through a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is sleeved with a torsional spring for driving the male hinge and the female hinge to rotate relatively; the locking pin is in threaded connection with the female hinge, the locking pin penetrates through the female hinge, a locking head is arranged at the tail end of the locking pin, and the locking head is used for being in sliding abutting connection with the arc-shaped sliding face formed by the male hinge and then clamped with the locking pin wedge-shaped face formed by the male hinge, so that a first locking structure is formed; wherein the sliding surface is connected with the wedge-shaped surface of the locking pin, and the contour line of the sliding surface is not tangent to the contour line of the wedge-shaped surface of the locking pin. The hinge has the characteristic of clearance elimination, the nonlinearity of the hinge is weakened within a certain angle range, and the hinge is suitable for high-rigidity unfolding and locking of a microsatellite solar wing; and the design, production and manufacturing of a low-cost and ultra-small envelope unfolding mechanism can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种微小卫星太阳翼高刚度展开机构,属于航空航天技术领域,本发明设置有公铰;母铰通过转轴与所述公铰旋转连接,所述转轴上套装有驱动所述公铰和母铰相对转动的扭簧;锁定销与所述母铰螺纹连接,且所述锁定销贯穿所述母铰,所述锁定销末端设置有锁定头,用于与所述公铰形成的弧形的滑动面滑动抵接后与所述公铰形成的锁定销楔形面卡合,以便形成第一锁紧结构;其中,所述滑动面与所述锁定销楔形面连接,且所述滑动面的轮廓线与所述锁定销楔形面的轮廓线不相切,本发明具有消间隙的特点,在一定角度范围内弱化铰链的非线性,适用于微小卫星太阳翼的高刚度展开及锁紧,并且可实现低成本和超小包络展开机构的设计与生产制造。
