The invention provides an aircraft flap adjusting mechanism and method.The aircraft flap adjusting mechanism comprises a missile wing, a return torsion spring, a flap and artificial muscle fibers.The aircraft flap adjusting mechanism is characterized in that the current angle of the flap of an aircraft is calculated by measuring the resistance value of the current artificial muscle fiber and calculating the telescopic length of the current artificial muscle fiber; and acquiring a target flap angle required by the flight requirement, comparing the flap angle with the target flap angle, and performing charge-discharge control on the artificial muscle fiber according to a comparison result, so that the artificial muscle fiber extends or contracts until the angle of the aircraft flap reaches the target flap angle. Artificial muscle fibers are adopted, the flap angle can be adjusted only through electric signal driving, auxiliary mechanical structures such as motors and connecting rods do not need to be arranged, the space in a cabin is not occupied, miniaturization, light weight and intellectualization of an aircraft can be achieved, and the flap angle adjusting device is suitable for small and long-endurance aircrafts such as unmanned aerial vehicles and patrolling bullets.
本发明提供一种飞行器襟翼调整机构及方法,所述飞行器襟翼调整机构包括弹翼、回位扭簧、襟翼和人工肌肉纤维,通过测量当前所述人工肌肉纤维的电阻值,计算当前所述人工肌肉纤维的伸缩长度,进而计算出飞行器当前所述襟翼的角度,获取满足飞行要求所需的目标襟翼角度,将该所述襟翼的角度与目标襟翼角度进行比较,依据比较结果对所述人工肌肉纤维进行充放电控制,使所述人工肌肉纤维伸展或收缩,直至飞行器襟翼的角度达到目标襟翼角度。本发明采用人工肌肉纤维,只需电信号驱动即可调整襟翼角度,无需设置电机、连杆等辅助机械结构,不占用舱内空间,可实现飞行器的小型化、轻量化、智能化,适用于小型、长航时飞行器,例如无人机、巡飞弹等。
