The invention discloses a ship tuyere automatic deicing system which comprises at least two tuyeres, each tuyere is connected with an automatic switching valve through a ventilation pipeline, the automatic switching valve is connected with a ship ventilation system through a ventilation pipeline, and each tuyere is provided with a temperature sensor. A flow sensor is arranged in the ventilation pipeline between each air opening and the automatic switching valve, a steam deicing nozzle is arranged in the ventilation pipeline at each air opening, each steam deicing nozzle is connected with a ship steam manufacturing system through a steam pipeline, and a stop valve is arranged on each steam pipeline. And the stop valve, the temperature sensor, the flow sensor and the automatic switching valve are respectively connected with the PLC control box. According to signals fed back by the temperature sensor and the flow sensor, the freezing condition of the tuyere can be automatically judged, the ventilation pipeline is switched through the automatic switching valve, meanwhile, the steam injection deicing system is adopted to automatically deice the frozen tuyere, and one tuyere is always kept in a normal non-freezing state.

    本发明公开了一种船舶风口自动除冰系统,包括至少两个风口,每个风口分别通过通风管道连接自动切换阀,自动切换阀通过通风管道连接船舶通风系统,每个风口位置均设有温度传感器,每个风口与自动切换阀之间的通风管道内均设有流量传感器,每个风口位置的通风管道内均设有蒸汽除冰喷头,每个蒸汽除冰喷头分别通过蒸汽管道与船舶蒸汽制造系统连接,每个蒸汽管道上均设有截止阀,截止阀、温度传感器、流量传感器、自动切换阀分别与PLC控制箱连接。本发明可根据温度传感器、流量传感器反馈的信号,自动判断风口冻结情况,通过自动切换阀切换通风管路,同时采用蒸汽喷射除冰系统自动对冻结风口进行除冰,始终保持一路风口处于正常非冻结状态。
