The strength of vortexes generated at the root of the guide vane can be reduced, meanwhile, the control capacity of the guide vane on a flow field at the tip is improved, and the vibration and noise reduction effect is achieved; by adopting the inverted Z-shaped front guide vane structure, the inflow flow field of the impeller of the water-jet propeller can be improved, the inflow flow state of the impeller is more uniform, and meanwhile, the pre-rotation speed of the blade tip area is closer to an expected value, so that the water-jet propeller operates more stably and efficiently, the pulsating excitation force of the water-jet propeller is remarkably reduced, and the service life of the water-jet propeller is prolonged. Therefore, a lower noise level can be realized.
本发明涉及一种喷水推进倒Z型前置导叶结构,前置导叶叶片靠近根部一定范围剖面向上游延伸一定长度构成向上游延伸部分,前置导叶叶片靠近稍部一定范围剖面向下游延伸一定长度构成向下游延伸部分,前置导叶叶片的上游延伸部分、向下游延伸部分形成类似一个倒“Z”型结构。本发明能实现降低导叶根部产生的涡强度,同时增加导叶对梢部的流场的控制能力,起到减振降噪的作用;采用该倒Z型前置导叶结构,可以提升喷水推进器叶轮的入流流场,使得叶轮的入流流态更均匀,同时叶稍区域的预旋速度更接近期望值,从而喷水推进器运转将更加的平稳、高效,显著降低喷水推进器的脉动激励力,从而可以实现更低的噪声水平。
