The invention discloses a manta ray-imitated underwater vehicle soft body flapping wing and a manta ray-imitated underwater vehicle thereof, and relates to the technical field of bionic robots. Comprising a bionic flapping wing integral supporting frame; the whole supporting frame is filled with the filler; the flexible skin covers the surface of the integral supporting frame; the integral supporting frame comprises a central fin plate and a flexible elastic rib plate supporting frame; the central fin plate is embedded into the flexible elastic rib plate supporting frame; the flexible elastic rib plate supporting frame is made of a flexible material; the filler is a three-dimensional lattice body made of a flexible elastic material; and crystal lattices in the three-dimensional crystal lattice body are uniformly distributed. The three-dimensional lattice flapping wing filling part is constructed in an additive manufacturing mode and used for filling gaps of the whole supporting frame part, and the design that the molded surface of the lattice filling part is higher than the supporting frame guarantees continuity of the flapping wing molded surface in the static and dynamic deformation process of the bionic flapping wing.

    本发明公开了一种仿蝠鲼水下航行器柔软体扑翼及其仿蝠鲼水下航行器,涉及仿生机器人技术领域。包括:仿生扑翼整体支撑框架;填充物,其填充于整体支撑框架内;柔性蒙皮,其包覆于整体支撑框架表面;整体支撑框架,包括中央鳍板和柔弹性肋板支撑框架;中央鳍板嵌入至柔弹性肋板支撑框架内;柔弹性肋板支撑框架为柔软体材料制成;填充物为柔弹性材料制作的三维立体晶格体;三维立体晶格体中的晶格均布设置。本发明利用增材制造方式构建三维立体晶格扑翼填充部件,用以填充整体支撑框架件空隙,晶格填充部件型面高于支撑框架的设计保证了仿生扑翼在静态以及动态变形过程中扑翼型面的连续性。
